Eco Footprint Update

Yesterday I achieved much of the things I said I would in my Eco footprint. I washed 3 loads of dishes with my hands, and I also grabbed the clothes out of the hot water cylinder and folded them up it was pretty good right? LOL

My Eco Footprint Diary

There are three things I am going to attempt to do to keep my Eco Footprint down! Here they are:

Turn off power when I am not using it!
Use the hot water cylinder to dry things rather than the clothes dryer
Hand wash the dishes rather than using the dishwasher!

This is a diary so i will post on how I go!

Jo and Clements Visit To Room 18

On Tuesday the 2nd of June Room 18 had quite an exciting visit from some members of SIFE. They work in the local university (University of Waikato). They taught us many valuable things whilst they were in our class. One of the many things they taught us was how much space we had to develop on. They showed this using an apple. I bet you did not know that we as humans only have One thirty second of the earth left to develop on is this not astounding to you? But China had an idea to build to build gardens on the roofs of skyscrapers how choice is that? So yeah that kind of sums it up oh and i got to say thank you to them becuase i was one of the best pupils W00T!
